Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and supervise the team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service standards and optimize client satisfaction.
Provide expert nail services (manicures, pedicures, nail art, gel/acrylic enhancements).
Support the offering of professional lash services (extensions, lifts, and maintenance).
Assist in offering rejuvenating spa treatments (facials, massages, skin therapies).
Assist in performing hairdressing services (cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments).
Monitor inventory levels and stock management of products.
Conduct trainings on beauty services.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations and staff training to foster professional growth.
Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming salon environment that aligns with the brand’s image and hygiene standards.
Oversee Branch operations, track daily sales, prepare financial and operational reports and contribute to the branch’s profitability.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings and customer preferences.

Qualifications
Minimum: Certificate in Beauty Management or a related field.
Additional training in leadership, customer service, or business operations is an added advantage.
Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the beauty industry is highly desirable
