Execute video content plans based on predefined strategies,ensuring alignment with platform trends and user preferences.
Content Strategy & Operational Execution
Develop content strategies for TikTok accounts, integrating brand positioning with platform trends to plan video themes and release schedules.
Optimize content direction and operational strategies throughdata analysis (play rates, engagement rates, conversion rates, etc.).
Visual Quality & Style Control
Maintain strict control over video quality, style, and visual presentation to ensure brand consistency on TikTok.
Continuously refine video creativity and formats by studyingplatform trends and user behaviors.
Trend Capture & Creative Innovation
Stay vigilant for emerging trends and viral topics, swiftly incorporating them into video content to boost account exposure and engagement.
Technical Skills
Master video shooting and editing techniques, with proficiency in mainstream video editing software (e.g., Premiere, CapCut).
Familiarity with TikTok platform rules, video rhythms, and useer sensibilities. Prior experience managing TikTok/Douyin accounts is preferred.
