This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nairobi for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing market research. The individual will also work on expanding our market presence, increasing sales, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Market Research
Strong Negotiation and Client Relationship Management skills
Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
Project Management and Organizational Skills
Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
Familiarity with eLearning and educational technologies is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
