Job Description

Role Summary

 

Customer onboarding, conversion and management to grow revenue.

 

Building and maintaining relationships with the Company’s stakeholders including customers and partners,

 

Analyzing portfolios and industry data to identify opportunities for growth

 

Participate in development and communication of the company’s products/services, prices, and policies.

 

Providing insights to help develop and position offerings/ value proposition to grow revenue.

 

Analyze customer feedback and data to determine how customers are using products and services.

 

Collection of payments and recovery of company debts to enhance net customer value.

 

Ensure compliance to business processes and applicable laws.

 

Preparing and sharing market & sales reports and feedback.

 

Responsibilities

 

To promote, market and sale the products and services of the company

 

Daily market/customer visits to prospect and cultivate business relationships to generate leads and opportunities for new business.

 

Generate appointments, visit and conduct presentations and trainings to clients.

 

Developing sales pitches to sell products/services, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers and maintaining documentation of their sales like client contracts or invoices. 

 

To securely obtain, process and store customer data/documentation in accordance with the law.

 

Provide sales quotes to current and prospective clients.

 

Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly reports or as it may be scheduled.

 

Attend sales and service meetings as required and sharing minutes of every meeting with clients.

 

Maintain active client base, prospects, and potential lead source lists.

 

Investigate and resolves customer complaints to enhance customer experience. 

 

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the industry.

 

Perform any other activities assigned by the management.

 

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

 

A Degree in Sales and Marketing or any business-related

 

Three (3) years’ field sales and marketing experience in Logistics/Supply chain 

 

Experience in the Sea/Land and Air transport logistics sector will be an added advantage.

 

Proficient knowledge of MS Office and Customer management software. (e.g. CRM)

 

Experience in planning, defining, executing sales and marketing campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
