Our client seeks to recruit a Billing Supervisor
Overall Purpose of the Job:
To manage the functions of the billing section and revenue cycle while maintaining internal and external customer accounts
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and Assist billing clerks in billing to ensure correctness, accurate and timely generation of invoices and resolve issue arising therefrom for timely delivery of Transmittals and Invoices;
Billing for Cash & Credit Card sales and upload client billing;
Liaise between Travel, Tour and Transport departments in respect of issues relating to coupons and other documents;
Generate all airline reports and submit to payables for recharge;
Run regular MIS reports and for specific clients on monthly or quarterly basis or on request from other users for specific tasks like offline reports, global data and monthly group sales report;
Prepare card transactions report charging list and raise monthly billing for management fee;
Circulate daily exception reports for all units namely head office, implants and emergency and including that require static changes;
Reconcile and report periodical ticket record with Juba and assist in voiding process
To perform any other duty as may be assigned by management from time to time
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Management or relevant field.
At least 5 years’ experience in similar role preferably with a proven record of achievement
Must have at least Certified Public Accountant (CPA 3) certificate.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
