Job Description

On behalf of our client, a leading tours and travel company, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the company's client base and driving revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel partners
  • Create compelling travel packages and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of travel services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in the tours and travel industry
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong network of contacts within the travel industry
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems and GDS platforms
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
