WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Following Account Management processes.
Communicate with some of the biggest and most innovative brands in the world.
Generate upsell revenue from existing client portfolios and ensure growth.
Ensure retention of your and the team-owned accounts.
Maintain communication with internal stakeholders, including Ad Operations, Sales, Product & Creative teams, as well as Management teams.
Plan and prepare business proposals & media plans for prospective and existing clients.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT:
At least 2 years of experience in programmatic or digital channel (Google/Facebook/YouTube ads) planning.
Tech-savviness and a good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Fluency in English and French.
Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, independently, set and reach ambitious goals.
