What You'll Bring

5+ years of experience building and maintaining full-stack web applications in production environments.

Strong proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js, or Go).

Experience designing and working with relational databases, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.

A track record of contributing to system architecture or improving developer workflows within a team.

Comfort guiding technical decisions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and ambiguous constraints.

Clear, concise communication skills and a thoughtful approach to code reviews, documentation, and shared ownership.
