🚨 We’re Hiring – Pre-Sales Engineer 🚨

SOFTEX IT Solutions, a fast-growing provider of IT and smart technology services in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join our innovative team. If you excel at client engagement, have strong IT knowledge, and can confidently present solutions tailored to customer needs — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage directly with clients to understand their IT requirements and challenges
• Deliver customized proposals and technical documentation aligned with client needs
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure technical accuracy and client satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SOFTEX’s product and service offerings
• Assist in creating bids and responding to RFPs with precise technical input

Requirements:
• Strong technical background in IT solutions including networking, servers, CCTV, smart systems, and infrastructure
• Clear and confident communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop detailed and professional project proposals
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Prior experience in a similar pre-sales or technical consulting role is a plus
