Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of program and event budgets.
Track expenditures, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with financial transactions.
Prepare payment requests, reconcile invoices, and support in financial reporting, adhering to donor/organizational finance policies.
Source suppliers, prepare RFQs, and manage procurement files in line with organizational policies.
Ensure cost-effective and transparent purchasing, maintaining supplier records and overseeing contract management.
Coordinate timely delivery and quality control of goods and services from suppliers.
Plan logistics for events such as training, meetings, and conferences, including venue selection, catering, materials, and travel logistics.
Manage event budgets, support vendor payments, and handle post-event reconciliation and branding.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Familiarity with accounting tools or systems (e.g. QuickBooks, ERP, Excel).
Superior time management and organizational abilities; detail-oriented and efficient.
Organized, proactive, and dependable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Salary: Monthly Gross Salary: Kes 200,000-250,000 (Approx. 1550USD)
