JOB SUMMARY

Plan and execute appropriate activities for the students each day according to the curriculum, schemes of work, and lesson plans

Assist with the planning of the curriculum by providing safe, creative, and appropriate educational opportunities for all children within an inclusive environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Qualified teacher with a P1 diploma

Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience

Demonstrate a strong passion for education and young children

Strong classroom management skills.

Team player mentality – enjoy working in teams and group problem-solving.

The successful applicant Must be able teach  a combination  of these activity areas PRE-TECH AND CREATIVE ARTS & MUSIC.

Be conversant with  Key computer applications.

Registered by the TSC and issued with TSC Number

CBC trained (Both JSS, Primary )

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.

Develop schemes of work and lesson plans, while establishing and communicating clear objectives for all learning activities

Keep updated with developments in the subject area, teaching resources, and methods, and make relevant changes to instructional plans and activities

Prepare the classroom for class activities and be able to use relevant technology to support instruction
