Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Intern to join our People team. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting daily people operations such as assisting in updating team member data and playing a key role in onboarding new employees. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone eager to gain real-world People Operations experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

Support the onboarding, cross-boarding and offboarding processes for new and exiting team members. 

 

Support the People team in maintaining up-to-date information for all team members across the firm on our HRIS (BambooHR) 

 

Assign core courses to the new hire on our Learning Management Platform, Engagedly, along with any role-specific courses designated by the hiring manager.  

 

Assist with immigration process admin – including but not limited to, researching on the process to apply for work permits in new territories and updating  

 

Track consultancy engagements, including sending out contracts, onboarding, notifying the Manager when a contract is about to lapse and send extension contracts, where applicable. 

 

Ensure documents stored in BambooHR are current and accurate. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to update key documents such as HR policies, benefits documents, country specific payroll documents and other employee resources as needed. 

 

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory) 

 

Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
