JOB DESCRIPTION

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN DESIGNATED TERRITORY, GAINING NEW CLIENTS AS WELL AS MAINTANING EXSTING ONES, DEVELOPMENT OF NEW LOANS AND PROMPTS.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

DEVELOPMENT OF NEW LOAN WITH WEEKLY TARGET, ACHIEVEVOLUME AND VALUE TARGETS IN ORDER TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE OVERALL GOALS OF THE MFI

 

BUILDING A SOUND REELATIONSHIP WITH THE COMPANY BUSINESS PATNERS, VENDORD AND CUSTOMERS.

 

CREATING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

 

LOAN ASSESSMENT, APPRASALS AND APPROVALS

 

DEVELOP A GOOD MARKERTING PLAN FOR THE COMPANYS PRODUCTS AND BUSINESS

 

ENSURE PROMPT LOAN REPAYMENTS AND RECOVERIES

 

 

Salary: Ksh. 30,000 - Ksh. 50,000
