Job Requirements

 

We are hiring 50 Trade. Developers for one of our reputable manufacturing client dealing with FMCG products

 

Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field

 

At least 1 year of experience in field sales (FMCG experience preferred)

 

Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced field environment

 

Fluent in English and Swahili (local dialects a plus) Familiarity with assigned area/territory is highly preferred

 

Must be results-driven, organized, and confident in retail shop engagement

 

Able to execute in-store promotions, merchandising, and daily sales target

 

Location: Various Modern Trade Outlets (Nairobi & surrounding areas)

 

Contract Duration: 6 Months (with possibility of extension)

 

Start Date: Immediate
