Job Requirements

 

We are hiring a General Trade Manager for one of our reputable manufacturing client dealing with FMCG products

 

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or related field

 

Minimum 2 years' experience in General Trade leadership within FMCG

 

Proven ability to lead and manage regional sales teams Strong understanding of traditional trade operations and retail dynamics

 

Excellent relationship-building skills with wholesalers, distributors & retailers

 

Skilled in sales tracking, reporting, and strategic planning

 

Ability to drive merchandising, product listing & trade promotions

 

Strong training, execution, and field management capabilities

 

Location: Various Modern Trade Outlets (Nairobi & surrounding areas)

 

Contract Duration: 6 Months (with possibility of extension)

 

Start Date: Immediate

 

 

 

Education: Degree, Diploma
