Job Requirements

 

We are hiring a Modern Trade Manager for one of our reputable manufacturing client dealing with FMCG products

 

Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field

 

Minimum 2 years' experience in Modern Trade management within FMCG

 

Proven ability to manage key accounts and supermarket chains

 

Strong negotiation skills in pricing, listings & trade terms Experience executing promotions, visibility campaigns & sampling activities

 

Skilled in data analysis and performance tracking

 

Location: Various Modern Trade Outlets (Nairobi &surrounding areas)

 

Contract Duration: 6 Months (with possibility of extension)

 

Effective team leadership & coordination of field reps and Start Date: Immediate merchandisers

 

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

 

 

 

Education: Degree, Diploma
