Job Description
- Responsible for end-to-end coordination of shipment handling processes within respective sections.
- Ensures compliance with SOPs and adherence to work instructions.
- Ensures high standards of quality, data accuracy, and productivity are maintained.
- Supports a seamless and efficient customer experience.
- Oversee timely and accurate reporting and documentation.
- Maintains cold chain (cool chain) integrity throughout all stages—acceptance, storage, dispatch, and destination follow-up.
- Provides clear operational guidelines and expectations across handling stages.
- Supports safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely dispatch aligned with flight schedules and operational plans.
- Leads and monitors key logistics processes to drive efficiency and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Diploma in logistics & supply chain management or any related field in cargo handling.
- 2+ years in cargo or warehouse intake/logistics.
- Additional training in cargo handling operations, DGR, and cold chain management.
- Hands-on experience of at least 2 (two) years and above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft® Office Software (Excel®, Word®, PowerPoint®, and others)
- Knowledge in Cargo Wise is an added advantage
