Our client, Stawi Experiences Limited, is seeking to hire an Operations and Admin Coordinator. This role supports execution across all Stawi business lines by managing logistics, resources, team scheduling, and vendor relationships. They ensure timelines, coordination and execution logistics are aligned across events, team-building programs and internal communications projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage logistics for events, team building, and video shoots
Book hotels, transport, and coordinate staff travel
Liaise with suppliers, venues, and partners (e.g., hotels, AV)
Track inventory and manage packing/returns (team building)
Align internal teams to execution timelines and deliverables
Maintain resource and workflow trackers
Support the Event Manager and Creative teams with operational readiness
Handle administrative follow-ups related to execution
Required Specifications:
4 years in operations, logistics coordination, or admin roles in the events industry is mandatory
Strong vendor management and scheduling experience, with an ability to juggle multiple moving parts
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic project tracking tools
Knowledgeable on systems ie Odoo, QuickBooks, is an added advantage
Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
Demonstrated ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills and a solution-focused, can-do attitude
Experience working in creative or fast-paced environments preferred
