Our client, Stawi Experiences Limited is seeking to hire a Customer Success Representative who will be the glue between clients and the delivery team. He/She will manage communication, track follow-ups, handle documentation and support proposals and sales efforts. You will ensure client expectations are met, communication is clear and nothing slips through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage client meetings
Take minutes and track follow-up actions across teams
Draft and send proposals and quotations
Manage email correspondence and communication logs
Ensure timely follow-up and delivery of documentation
Support the Event Manager and Creative Lead on proposals
Maintain client relationship tracking and support sales conversion
Required Specifications:
3 years in client service, sales support or account management in an agency or event company is mandatory
Strong skills in written and verbal communication, calendar management and document handling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and ability to work across teams
A friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented professional who takes initiative and follows through
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously
