JOB PURPOSE
The job holder ensures that loan recoveries are done on time, following up on loans in arrears and communicating with the members and guarantors to ensure that loan payments are implemented effectively.
FUNCTIONS / KEY RESULTS EXPECTED
To ensure new loans submitted for recovery are recovered timely.
To contact salaried member’s employers in National Government, County Governments and private sector by telephone, emails, visits to ensure Sacco deductions.
In putting data on deposits, share capital and benevolent fund, for new applications.
Effecting variations and adjustments of Sacco deductions as per the members’ request.
Reconciliations/verifications of fresh loans to identify unrecovered cases.
Effecting stoppages on all the cleared loans, erroneous deductions and for those who have quit the Sacco.
Effecting manual standing orders as per members’ requests.
Identify transferred members and update the Sacco’s management information system.
Preparing monthly summary reports for management about the status of unrecovered loan.
Receive calls to respond to members and employers’ emails directed to the office
To perform any other duties as may be assigned

Efficient and effective attainment of the Society’s objectives through oversight of design and execution of functions, strategy and systems in the Society.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Cooperative, Business Administration or Management/ relevant field with a minimum of three (3) years’ working experience in a related field
Diploma in Data and Records management with a minimum of five (5) years’ working experience in a related field.
