JOB PURPOSE
The job holder is responsible for efficient and effective execution of the Society’s FOSA operations within the relevant guidelines.
FUNCTIONS / KEY RESULTS EXPECTED
To disburse members’ salary, loans and all other payments to member’s savings account.
To reconcile all cash, bank and control accounts, M-pesa accounts and FOSA accounts
Check and confirm that all documents for account postings have been coded
Post all receipts and payments in their respective ledger accounts
To issue ATM cards to members.
To ensure timely payment of all the invoices received and forward to the relevant persons.
To clear exit cases and members files in the system
To prepare, write and ensure the banking of cheques for stakeholders and members daily
To ensure compliance with all Sacco policies and procedures, laws, regulations and legislation affecting sales, programs and services.
To prepare and make bulk M-pesa payments
Managing customer relations on a day-to-day basis
To perform any other duties as may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Business Related Degree plus CPA intermediate /CPA (K)
3 years’ relevant working experience in a SACCO/financial institution
