Key Responsibilities
Basic Event & Travel Coordination Support
Assist with scheduling and booking logistics (e.g., accommodation and transport bookings).
Help draft and organize invitation letters for events.
Support field mission coordination under guidance from the Advisor.
Administrative Support for Team & DIFs
Maintain simple tracking sheets (Excel or Teams) for DIF activities.
Serve as a communication point for DIFs for basic queries and escalate more complex needs.
Help coordinate mentorship meeting schedules and note taking.
Documentation & Filing
Support filing of workplans, reports, and assessment forms.
Take meeting notes and draft minutes for internal discussions.
Maintain shared folders and archive relevant documents.
Calendar & Task Support
Help manage the DIAU calendar (scheduling meetings, sending reminders).
Track and follow up on task deadlines using simple tools (e.g., Teams Planner or Excel)
Requirements:
Must be a degree or diploma holder
Must be proficient in Microsoft office
