Location: UAE, Dubai.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a travel agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in planning and booking complete travel itineraries (flights, hotels, tours, transfers, insurance)
• Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel regulations, and packages
• Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries with prompt and professional responses
• Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and DMCs to ensure seamless bookings and confirmations
• Manage changes, cancellations, and issue refunds or rebookings as per policy
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up for future travel needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a Travel Agency or Tour Operations company
• In-depth knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver exceptional customer service
• Multilingual abilities and destination knowledge are a plus!
