About the Role:

 We are looking for a dynamic and reliable Accountant with a strong background in travel agency accounting operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounts payable and receivable, and supporting our finance team with timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Maintain and reconcile financial statements and records
• Monitor client and supplier balances, follow up on outstanding payments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations
• Work closely with the travel operations team to support booking and billing reconciliation
• Prepare periodic financial reports and support audits.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the Travel Agency or Tourism sector
• Strong hands-on experience in SYSTRIX travel accounting software
• Solid understanding of travel industry invoicing, commissions, and vendor payment processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
