Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for land sales, a strong understanding of the local real estate market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client accounts, conducting site visits, and closing property sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms

 

Conduct property tours and explain features and benefits to prospective clients

 

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business

 

Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and competitor activities

 

Prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations to potential buyers

 

Assist clients throughout the sales process, including documentation, negotiations, and after-sales support

 

Maintain and update system with client information, feedback, and follow-up activities

 

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

 

Requirements:

 

Proven 3 years experience in land and real estate sales or a similar sales role;

 

Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools;

 

Experience with luxury/high end properties;

 

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

 

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic

 

Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws

 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

 

A valid real estate license or certification (if required by local regulations)

 

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
