Job Description

What You'll Do

 

Strategic IT Planning

 

Implement IT strategies aligned with global goals

 

Conduct regular audits to optimize tech operations

 

Roll out policies, procedures, and standards to elevate IT practices

 

Infrastructure & Systems Management

 

Deploy, and maintain networks, servers, and systems

 

Guarantee system security, performance, and uptime

 

Lead IT help desk operations and provide timely reports

 

Tech Innovation & Capacity Planning

 

Stay ahead of industry trends and tech advancements

 

Assist in hardware/software upgrades and lifecycle planning

 

Collaborate with project managers on IT capacity needs

 

IT Service & Stakeholder Support

 

Resolve IT issues efficiently to ensure smooth service delivery

 

Maintain high stakeholder satisfaction levels

 

Build strong relationships across departments and with external vendors

 

Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance

 

Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect data and systems

 

Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans

 

Ensure compliance with data privacy and industry standards

 

Qualifications

 

What You Bring:

 

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

 

Strong foundation in AWS and cloud infrastructure

 

Keen interest in networks, cybersecurity, and emerging tech

 

Proactive, self-driven, and research-oriented mindset

 

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

 

Bonus Points For:

 

AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps, Security)

 

4 years+ Experience in BPO or service-based industries

 

Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance

 

Help desk and IT service management experience

 

Project or vendor management exposure
