We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily accounting, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all daily accounting transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Ensure compliance with VAT/tax regulations in the UAE
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations
• Oversee payroll processing and invoicing activities
• Monitor and track budgets, assist in financial forecasting and planning
• Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare for audits when required
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality
• Provide insights on the financial health and liquidity of the business

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (preferably in the retail/IT sector)
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in accounting software like QuickBooks, Tally, and FOCUS (must)
• Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
