Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and delivery of impactful learning programs (classroom, digital, blended).
Identify and close skills gaps through analysis, feedback, and performance data.
Develop talent maps, succession plans, and leadership pipelines.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-impact training.
Promote a learning culture that supports performance, career growth, and customer excellence.
Requirements:
A degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or a related field (professional certifications like CIPD or ATD are a bonus).
5+ years of L&D experience - ideally in a bank or fast-paced corporate environment.
Strong instructional design, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Passion for capacity building, talent development, and result-driven learning.
A love for turning insights into action and helping people thrive at work.
