Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Lead and mentor a team of talented QA engineers

 

Design and implement testing strategies that ensure software quality, usability, and performance

 

Champion test automation and integrate QA into our CI/CD pipelines

 

Measure and report on key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement

 

Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and operations to ensure excellence from ideation to deployment

 

Stay ahead of the curve with emerging QA tools, technologies, and best practices

 

What We’re Looking For

 

5+ years leading QA teams in fast-paced Agile environments

 

3+ years of hands-on experience with test automation frameworks

 

Strong technical proficiency in tools like Selenium, Appium, and programming in Python or Java

 

Solid understanding of QA methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and defect management systems

 

A collaborative leader who inspires others and aligns with our values of impact, integrity, and inclusion

 

 

 

Education: Degree, Diploma
