Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

 

Responsible for ensuring accurate and complete billing of patient services in accordance with Imara Hospital’s defined policies, procedures, standards, and strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Facilitate smooth billing and invoicing processes for both cash and corporate clients.

Manage the pre-authorisation process in compliance with insurance requirements.

Handle patient admissions and discharges.

Prepare necessary reports and respond to billing enquiries.

Deliver exceptional client satisfaction by maintaining high-quality care, effective communication, timely feedback, and escalating unresolved issues.

Address incoming billing queries from patients, insurance companies, consultants, and colleagues professionally and efficiently.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Lead.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other business-related field from a recognised institution.

Partial accounting qualification (i.e., CPA Part II or ACCA) will be an added advantage.

Minimum of one (1) year’s experience.

Proficient in computer applications.
