Job Description
What you will do!
- Evaluate and select suppliers for the site services category.
- Conduct supplier discussions to create more value for Ericsson.
- Ensure supplier agreement implementation with proper contract T&Cs.
- Efficiently manage key Suppliers as per Ericsson SRM framework
- Ensure that sourcing KPIs & targets are met with great success; like cost reduction, supplier consolidation.
- Ensure that Preferred Supplier List is in place and followed.
- Extracting the best value from suppliers by driving the RFx process.
- Ensure that compliance on sourcing process follow up is 100%.

- Education: Engineering Degree or Business Administration or relevant procurement degree
- 7-15 years procurement experience relevant to network rollout or management services. Telecommunication service experience is a plus.
- Experience handling complex spend of technical requirements.
- Must have good stakeholder engagement skills.
- Sourcing Practice, Process & Strategy Knowledge.
- Business sense skills.
- Contract Leadership skills.
- Local Laws & Regulations Knowledge
- Knowledge of market and site service supplier base.
