Main Purpose of the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Estimator specializing in Interior Fit-Out & Joinery to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare accurate costings and quotations for joinery, interior fit-out, and architectural projects within specified deadlines, utilizing effective pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study, review, and analyze project drawings, Bills of Quantities (B.O.Q), and specifications.
• Raise Request for Information (RFI) to clients for technical clarifications and discrepancies to ensure accurate quoting.
• Prepare quantity take-offs if necessary to cross-check the B.O.Q.
• Generate B.O.Q and B.O.M in alignment with project drawings and specifications.
• Recommend value engineering proposals to meet client budgets.
• Create final cost sheets incorporating labor, materials, bought-out materials, and overheads.
• Submit project quotations promptly according to deadlines with tender qualifications.
• Utilize appropriate estimation software.
• Manage estimation team to ensure timely preparation, review, and submission of quotations.
• Implement effective pricing strategies to ensure competitive bidding.
• Prepare and submit variation quotations as required.
• Attend pre and post-tender meetings.
• Provide weekly reports on achieved targets and deliverables.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in computer skills including AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Windows, and ERP Software.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the same field.
• Strong management skills with a commitment to honesty and reliability.
