What We’re Looking For:
Experience in healthcare: Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care processes, on call or health insurance is a big plus!
Experience in dispatching medical team and ambulance is prefered
Strong communication skills: You excel in active listening, empathy, and providing clear information.
Problem-solving mindset: You’re skilled at resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively.
