Job Title: Accounting Clerk (Bookkeeping Graduate with Relevant Certifications)

Location: Dubai, Jabel Ali Industrial Area 1 (Not in the Free Zone.)

Probation Period: 2 months or less (Depending on your performance and knowledge, it may take two months or less.)

Salary Package: The salary for this position will range between 3500 to 5000 AED or more, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk with a background in bookkeeping and relevant certifications to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the accounting department with daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial reports.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and tax reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal controls.
• Perform data entry and general administrative tasks related to finance.

Requirements:

• Graduate of Bookkeeping, Accounting, or a related field.
• Holder of relevant bookkeeping/accounting certifications.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
• Strong understanding of financial transactions and bookkeeping principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
