Job Description

The Sales and Marketing person is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and developing marketing strategies to promote products or services. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Present and promote company products or services to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new customer needs and industry trends.
  • Manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Create and manage content for digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and websites.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and advertisements.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, product launches, and networking events.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing reports and recommendations.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and marketing reports.
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales performance to refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing tools).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
