Requirements

- Filipino Lady only.

Junior at least 1 year experience in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Perform and maintain record of journal and account entries by compiling and analyzing accounting activities.

Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers based on sales orders, contracts, or services rendered.

Track outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.

Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.

- Prepare payments for vendor bills and expenses on time, ensuring proper documentation and approval procedures are followed.

Helps with pricing for products.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the accounting system.

Ensure that all stock movements (purchases, sales, returns, adjustments) are properly recorded
