Gross Salary: Ksh 15,000 plus 3% commissio

Our client is an international tech company with a growing footprint in Africa that provides financing solutions to Agribusinesses are seeking to hire sales agents, Embu and Kirinyaga regions, as well as their surrounding areas. The primary responsibilities will include generating leads, acquiring new clients, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. These agents will work closely under the supervision of a Regional Sales Manager, receiving ongoing guidance, training, and support as needed.
The ideal candidate is goal-driven, with a robust background in sales and marketing within the financial sector. This individual demonstrates strong self-motivation, a proactive problem- solving mindset, and the ability to adapt to evolving technological trends in the finance industry.

Sales Generation:

  • Actively prospect and generate new business by reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Present and demonstrate the company’s financial products/services, explaining features and benefits clearly to clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs within the defined time frame.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally

Client Onboarding:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.

Product Knowledge:

  • Continuously improve knowledge of the company’s financial products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date with new product offerings and sales techniques
  • Certificate /Diploma in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the financial or fintech sector.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products such as loans, insurance, or investment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Target-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to build and nurture customer relationships
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
