The Head of Motor Vehicle Mechanics will be responsible for overseeing mechanical operations, managing a team of mechanics, ensuring timely vehicle repairs, and maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in vehicle diagnostics and repair with leadership experience.
Minimum Experience: Degree or Diploma in Motor Vehicle Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Level: Senior Level
Experience length: 5 year

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the motor vehicle mechanics team.
Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective repair solutions.
Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks meet safety and quality standards.
Maintain records of repairs, servicing, and parts inventory.
Provide technical guidance and training to junior mechanics.
Prepare and submit timely reports on vehicle maintenance and workshop operations.

Minimum Requirements & Responsibility

Degree or Diploma in Motor Vehicle Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Motor Vehicle Mechanic.
Strong ability to diagnose and fix mechanical issues efficiently.
Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
Valid and current driving license.
Certificate of Good Conduct.
Must be available to join immediately after a successful interview.
