Job Description
  • We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to ensure our users have a seamless and positive experience with Mindverse AI. You will handle inquiries, provide product support, and play a key role in enhancing user satisfaction across various channels.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide Excellent Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues related to our AI product in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build User Feedback Loop: Gather insights from customers to inform product improvements and ensure their needs are met.
