Degree/ diploma in business management, communication or related field
3 years of experience in a similar role in an IT set up Responds to customer queries in a timely manner Consistently collects customer feedback and shares reports with management Contribute to the company's annual sales and marketing plan Presentable, excellent customer service, communication and presentation skills
