Our client in the IT industry is seeking to hire an experienced, results-driven and tech-savvy Business Development Executive to drive sales of their cyber security services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cyber security solutions, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and engage potential clients through various channels to drive business growth.
- Sales Growth & Pipeline Management – Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth and maximized sales opportunities.
- Client Consultation – Understand client security needs and provide tailored cyber security solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations – Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our cyber security services.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation – Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure deals.
- Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Market Research & Industry Trends – Stay updated on emerging cyber security threats, industry trends, and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.
- Collaboration – Work closely with technical teams, marketing, and senior management to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Sales Reporting – Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in mainstream B2B sales, preferably in cyber security, IT services, or technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of cyber security concepts and solutions.
- Proven track record in sales management, customer relationship management, and
- achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and drive results.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales & Marketing, IT, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience in IT services or cyber security sales is a plus.
