Our client, a well-established restaurant in Nairobi, is looking for a Senior Baker to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of high-quality baked goods, ensuring consistency, and maintaining the highest hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Minimum Experience: Proven experience as a Baker (at least 3+ years in a busy bakery or restaurant).
Experience Level: Mid-Level
Experience length: 3 years

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts.
Develop and test new recipes to enhance the menu.
Oversee ingredient quality and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area.
Train and supervise junior baking staff.
Adhere to food safety and health regulations.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
Proven experience as a Baker (at least 3+ years in a busy bakery or restaurant).
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work early morning shifts.
Attention to detail and creativity in baking.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
