As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with company objectives and market trends. This role requires hands-on, results-driven individual with experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management, preferably within the fintech or payments industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage visual content for various digital and offline channels, including the company website, social media, email marketing, and print collateral.
- Create high-quality content across multiple formats (blogs, articles, videos, etc.) that align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
- Plan and execute company events, including product launches, webinars, and industry conferences, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Maintain and manage the marketing events calendar to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution of initiatives.
- Implement and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Foster engagement with the target audience by actively involving them in marketing initiatives to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive higher conversion rates.
- Oversee SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic traffic.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to improve traffic, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning, using insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies for products in collaboration with Product and Sales teams.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Fintech, payments, or related industries.
- Strong background in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and event planning.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy
