Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Karogo Coffee and its unique selling points.
- Follow up with leads from online inquiries, website traffic, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Answer customer queries, provide detailed product information, and assist with order placement.
- Process sales transactions, ensuring accurate entry into the system.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Gather customer feedback and report trends to the sales and marketing teams.
- Work closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tele sales, call center sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, food, or coffee sales is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and order management software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Degree, Diploma
