Job Description
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain new software applications.
- Support existing systems and deploy software tools, processes, and metrics.
- Implement and present developed applications at client sites.
- Work with the BI team on data analysis and report automation.
- Collaborate with product users to enhance existing solutions.
- Assist the call center team in resolving system, customer, and service delivery issues.
- Engage in continuous research & development (R&D).
- Contribute to technical architecture sessions and maintain a scalable software platform.
- Participate in system manual creation and documentation.
- Assist in tender bid evaluations.
- Provide hardware troubleshooting and system administration support.
- Conduct customer application training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering Physics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience deploying Java solutions (Spring Boot/Kotlin).
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Git version control.
- Strong documentation skills and willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work in a Linux-based environment.
- Experience in shell scripting is a plu
