Job Description

What we trust you to do

  • Responsible for identifying and generating marketplace customer (seller) leads, qualifying prospects, contacting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, client insights, and market trends in the local area.
  • Act as a point of contact between local clients and the line manager to ensure localized customer engagement and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales processes, following up on leads, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Continuously monitor the latest trends in the food and agriculture industries to identify new business opportunities.

What you need to succeed 

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or sales management. Strong network with Agri/Food suppliers (Farmers/Growers, Processors & Manufacturers, Distributors). Local language proficiency 
  • Self-sufficient, focused sales executive with a propensity towards executing and driving revenue results
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an ability to speak effectively to senior business stakeholders
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Education: Degree, Diploma
Employment Type: Contract Based
