Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, reaching out to potential customers, and closing sales through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote plastic and steel tanks and other company products.
  • Develop and maintain a database of leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
  • Handle inbound customer calls, answer inquiries, and provide accurate product information.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Process customer orders, coordinate with logistics for deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Work closely with the field sales team to support on-ground sales efforts.
  • Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback, to improve sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in the ERP system.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales or inside sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
