Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our team. This role will support the recruitment and onboarding process by coordinating various activities, ensuring smooth communication with candidates, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and a strong understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Support:

  • Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed.
  • Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.

HR Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, such as performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and policy updates.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support the coordination of training and development programs.
  • Fill in for the HR Executive when required, ensuring continuity of HR operations.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR to enhance recruitment and HR strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
