Job Description

Role Overview

A global real estate development company is seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join their sales department. Specializing in building and selling apartments, the company is looking for professionals passionate about real estate, skilled in sales, and dedicated to helping clients find their ideal home or investment property. The role involves prospecting, client management, property sales, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Actively seek out potential buyers through networking, referrals, advertising, and other lead-generation strategies.
  • Conduct property viewings, providing clients with detailed information and highlighting key selling points.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, guiding them through the property purchasing process.
  • Negotiate and close sales transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available properties and participate in sales events and open houses.

Market Research & Industry Knowledge

  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide clients with accurate insights.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
  • Assist buyers with financing options and coordinate with mortgage brokers and legal teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Client & Transaction Management
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and follow-up actions.
  • Represent the company professionally, upholding high standards of integrity and customer service.

Qualifications and Key Competencies

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. Diploma holders with exceptional skills are welcome to apply.
  • At least 4 years of prior sales experience in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, property sales processes, and legal requirements.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
