Job Description
Purpose:
- The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate daily operations at Stedmak Gardens, ensuring smooth functionality across departments, efficient resource utilization, and high-quality service delivery. This role aims to enhance guest satisfaction, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Operations: Manage daily operations across all departments to ensure smooth and efficient functionality.
- Enhance Guest Experience: Monitor service standards and address customer feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate team members to meet performance goals.
- Budget Management: Monitor expenses, manage budgets, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance of facilities, equipment, and amenities.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with teams to plan and execute events successfully.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in hospitality or leisure operations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
- Knowledge of operational health and safety standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
